Spa Time (body scrub and hair remover)

Hey!!! for some of you who didn't know spa can be done at home with friends and families on what ever the occasion!!! cool huh?! This time i will introduce the body scrub and the hair remover.

COFFEE BODY SCRUB
2 cups of coarsely ground coffee
1/2 cup raw sugar or sea salt
2-3 T massage oil

Mix all ingredients together. Take a hot shower to moisten your skin and open your pores. Using wide, circular motions, rub the coffee exfoliant onto your skin with strong, even pressure. Shower off, pat skin dry, and apply a thin layer of your favorite body lotion.

Grapefruit Sugar Scrub

1-1/2 cups white table sugar
8 drops grapefruit essential oil
2 drops red food coloring (optional)
1/4 cup jojoba oil
1/4 cup liquid castile soap

Place sugar into a large bowl and stir to break up any clumps. Add the essential oil. Add one or two drops of red food coloring if you'd like it pink! Mix very well to make sure the color is evenly dispersed. Add the jojoba oil and Castile soap next, a little at a time, stirring after each addition. Mix well and the pour into clean container. To use, stand in the tub or shower and massage the sugar scrub onto your skin from head to toe. Rinse. Inhale. Smile.

Spa Index Glycerin and HONEY Sugar Scrub

1 cup fine loose salt or loose sugar
3 teaspoons liquid glycerin
1 teaspoon pure honey
3-5 drops of your favorite essential oil
Optional: Pinch of lavender blossoms (available in the bulk department of good health food stores), or chamomile, or dried herbs of your choice, chopped exceedingly fine.

Mix ingredients well and store in an airtight container. Add more liquid ingredients if you prefer a thinner end-product. Stir thoroughly before use. This keeps very well, and in fact, the honey acts as preservative. Use small amounts when scrubbing the nose, being careful not to irritate or get it in the eyes. Scrub elbows, hands, knees, and feet. Rinse in warm water, pat dry, and apply your favorite lotion afterward ^^


MOISTURIZING BODY SCRUB

1/2 cup liquid glycerin
1/2 cup water
2 1/2 to 3 cups sugar or salt (white sugar, brown sugar, or table salt)
1 teaspoon solid coconut butter or solid coconut oil
6 drops of essential oil of your choice, or combine several (not to exceed 6 drops)

Combine glycerin, water, and one cup of sugar or table salt until the salt/sugar has mostly dissolved. Add the remainder of the sugar/salt until you have a rather pasty mixture, at a consistency you prefer. Meanwhile, melt the coconut butter or oil in a small container, in your microwave. MELT, but do not overheat. Stir the melted coconut oil into your sugar mixture, and stir well. Last, add the six drops of essential oils of your choice, stirring to blend. Melt and add more coconut butter or oil to reach your desired consistency. Transfer your mixture to an airtight container or jar, and cool until slightly thickened. Use as an after shower or after bath moisturizing body scrub.

now the remover!

HAIR REMOVER - BODY SUGARING

Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
cornstarch
clean cloth cotton strips
wooden stick or spreader

Dust the area to be waxed, with cornstarch. Combine the first three ingredients in a clean glass bowl, and microwave for two minutes. Stop and stir your sugar mixture every 20-30 seconds. Let it cool to a comfortable warmth, and, using a wooden stick, spread a very thin layer onto your clean skin. Immediately cover the mixture with a strip of cotton fabric. Briskly stroke the strip several times in the direction of the hair growth, and then, pull the skin taut, and quickly rip away the cotton strip, against the direction of hair growth. As you proceed, you may need to reheat your sugar mixture in the microwave to keep it warm. Do not boil it or overheat as you could easily burn your skin.

Hahahaha!!! i'm going to Istanbul Turkey!!!! 11 days left i just couldn't wait! Would there be a belly dancer dancing in a cafe i would love to watch them perfoming live in front of my eyes!!!
i have save up my money (till the flight day)it's not much but i will get around 200 Lira (i love the money's name)
Istanbul should have lots of bazaar, monumens, towers, castles, cafes or loads more !!!!! but the thing is i couldn't i don't think i could handle the 13 hours flight...=.='
i'll be back on 10 days later!(i will go on 5th)

morning breakfast(smoothies)

Breakfast are essential to everyone, age does not matter. Breakfast is very important because when you sleep you eat nothing which means you didn't eat for 8 hours (regarding to the hours you sleep) so you can't torture your body by not eating for the next several hours... Eating breakfast and speed up your metabolism. everyone must have a healthy breakfast like eggs, rice, noodles or what so ever. but some people (including me) tend to get hungry not long after eating cereal this is because cereal doesn't contain much protien. Eat dairy product such as eggs or omelette or bread with butter or even hot milk or milo.
A lot of people said they don't have time to eat in the morning or they don't feel like eating. So i will give a recipe that everyone love morning smoothies!

Morning smoothie #1

A fruity smoothie that would be excellent at beakfast for a quick pick me up. it's all fruit to no milk or yogurt to dilute the flavors
*add a little bit of ice to thicken it up!

ingredients
2 bananas
1 cup sliced peaches, drained
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup strawberries

combine and blend until smooth!

Morning Smoothie #2

ingredients
3/4 cup plain yogurt
2-4 tablespoon sugar(not necessary)
2 cups of fruits of choice
1/4 cup of skim or whole milk (add less if you want it too be thick)

blend it up!

Morning smoothie #3

ingredient
1 cup of frozen strawberries
3/4 cup of orange juice
16 oz of vanilla yogurt
1 banana

blending time!!!

hotel 6 to 6/ 626

yes, it is a horror game that you can always google! This truly unique and innovative use of multiple online medias is a really cool experience (especially if you like scary movies and such). The site, Hotel 626, requires you to use a webcam, a microphone, and register with the site so that they can immerse you properly into this hellish nightmare.
Don't worry it's not that hellish. In fact, it's pretty fun!

The site runs entirely on flash, and utilizes your webcam to make sure you're playing in the proper conditions, namely with all the lights turned off. As a bonus, Hotel 626 is only open at night time, from 6pm to 6am, so you won't be getting out of the creepy factor too easily.

After you register with the site, you'll be allowed to enter Hotel 626, which starts off with a disturbing jump out of bed due to some strange noises. The game is played in 10 chapters, most of which utilize some form of media interaction. You have to pay attention very carefully for clues in the cinematic scenes that will let you solve puzzles and survive the horror. One stage tells you to flash a goul with your on-screen camera, one asks you to sing a lullabye, and one requires you to sift through pictures until you find your own. There's also one part with a creepy phone call that will help you escape Hotel 626, so make sure you have your cell nearby.

There aren't many sites that take full advantage of different types of interactive online media the way Hotel 626 does. It really is a fun and challenging game, and if you make it all the way to the end, you can even share your journey on Facebook and Twitter. After work tonight, definitely check this one out. (actually there is one cheat that i know if you want to play but you are too scared to play at night you can change the time of your pc or laptop to 6 pm. and voila! are you ready to check in?

toner and scrub!

i have learn about home spa and thought about it with my cousin :). so i have learn that making spa at home is quite easy and much cheaper...i gonna talk about toner and scrubs, i will introduce 2 types of toner and 2 types of scrub. but first the tips
...the best time to bathe is when stomach is empty...the salted water will help alleviate light-headedness some people experience when soaking in hot water.
...the baths deprive your body fluid, and drinking alchohol before of during bath increase dehydration.

1.Apple toner.(intended for oily skin)
2/3 cup witch hazel
1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar,
2-5 drops Lavender Essential Oil (or essential oil of your choice)

Combine and add to clean bottle. Shake bottle well before using, and then dampen a cotton ball or pad saturated with your toner, and swab over face. Witch hazel is a gentle astringent, apple cider vinegar will help restore your skin's natural pH balance, and lavender soothes sensitive skin.

2.Blueberry toner (Make this mask the day you plan to use it, and do not store.)
3 tablespoons steamed, crushed blueberries
1/2 Cup sour cream or plain yogurt

Purée ingredients in a blender at low speed until well mixed and fluffy. Apply to face and neck. Let penetrate for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with tepid water. If you find the mask is too runny after blending, you should refrigerate for one hour or until of the consistency you desire.

ok now the scrubs

1.Petal Soft Face Scrub
Quarter size amount of facial cleanser (baby wash works great!)
1 drop of rose essential oil
1 teaspoon baking soda

Apply to wet face in gentle, circular motion, paying attention to nose, forehead and chin while avoiding sensitive eye area. Rinse with warm water. Apply your favorite moisturizer.

2.ALMOND-MAYONNAISE SCRUB
Dry Skin Exfoliator
1/4 Cup almonds
1/8 teaspoon mayonnaise

Grind almonds in blender until they form fine almond meal. Whirl in mayonnaise. Gentle rub scrub onto your face, and leave in place 10 minutes. Rinse. Use a toner thereafter. Shelf Life: Refrigerate for 2-3 weeks.

i just found a girl on facebook around my age her name is Ally Lilith i don't know that is her real name or not but she is super cute she goes with the name suicide Ally when i found her on facebook. she looks a total super modal if only i have a complexion like that.... how would people have a super nice complexion without makeup?

do you think people like this exercise a lot? or take bath a lot? or go to spas? or pamper their faces and body everytime? i have a friend that says she goes to spas a lot and she wears a thin make up to school just to look fresh... and she always go to manicure and padicure also she always goes to mid valley just to buy dresses...yup she had fans..

i'm not rich i can't afford spas, buying cute clothings and buys loads of expensive make ups and clenser or toner or whatever...

now i know why princesses or daughter of the dato' or anak ketua kampung are super beautiful...*sigh*

okamiden!

actually i have been meaning to write this for a long time. Okamiden! the sequel of the game Okami!!! for who don't know this game... it is DA BOMB!!!
it's about a wolf (Amaterasu or best known as Ammy) who is a god to save the world with a bug issun(it's not a bug). he have the power of celetial brushes... this is what makes the game unique

you! yourself have to paint or make a mark of that power. like this mark is the sign of the wind. it can help you with your adventure and blow your enemies!

The game is a lot different than the other games i played before seriously the background, the power, the storyline everything about okami is unique!

sorry can't talk much about okami cause i am talking 'bout okamiden! okamiden is a nitendo DS game we played the character of Amaterasu's son; Chibiterasu. everything is the same but they have new adventure and a new friend.(i can't remember the kid's name but he's an old friend son in okami). Chibiterasu is awfully cute and He had the several power as Amaterasu but in mini size.

after Amaterasu have defeated the dark lord on Okami they returned! the villagers wanted to summon back Amaterasu instead they found a younger version of Amaterasu... well their friend son join him in his battles! The game fits well with the touch screen nitendo DS which allow to use the brush with your hand! REMARKABLE!

My little Sherry, i just think the name sherry is cute! or is it that i'm so very obsessed with detective Conan or because she reminds me of cherry... YUM!



this is my little Natsu, i name her Natsu because i bought her in summer and her name represent summer in japanese! (duh! Natsu is my little cute iPod)

i just cannot wait to have little nephews and nieces... my brother and my sister are both 13 and 10 respectively older than me, yet they are not married yet....
if i have nephews and nieces, i will use all my money just to play dress up. Wear this and that!!! AAAA!!!! just couldn't wait! c'mon when will the time come!

yesterday i went to sunway lagoon! i walk barefoot all day i rode on the tomahawk it goes 360 degree. i won't get on it again....... i went with my best friend Siti Humaira and my boy friend Aizat mazlan
we're on the suspended bridge the longest in asia seriously the bridge shake as the wind blows i don't think if i fell... we also went to the wildlife section the gecko is sooooo cute! we have loads of fun ridng the water slide and evrything and it ends when we went to the beach there is a bad storm and a heavy rain...i kept thinking of being struck by the lightning alhamdulillah i'm not. it ends well for me and my boyfriend

this is the story that i wrote based on a video that a person made.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbP6D1qPk5Q <== the link to the vid. i do not own the story but i just change it a little bit...The story start somewhere in Munchen (Munich) in Germany, when the son of ambassador Klaus; Lothar fell in love with Maganhildi, a beautiful daughter of ambassador Manfred. She was very lady like; she had a nice red hair and enchanting green eyes. Maganhildi too, fell in love with Lothar; he’s handsome with his black locks of hair and very masculine. It’s not long after that they got married; they live in a mansion with maids and a large garden. After a while Maganhildi got pregnant and gave birth to a baby boy they name him Emil. Emil was very bright and funny, he can touch anyone’s heart with his smile. He’s very handsome with his locks of black hair and a pair of green eyes. He had a flawless complexion. Four years after the birth of Emil, Maganhildi once again pregnant but this time she got complications she gave birth to a baby girl. She named her Edeline; she kissed the baby girl and exhaled her last breath. Lothar, Emil and all the maids were very sad. Edeline isn’t very pretty she was the opposite of her brother. She is very quiet little girl and seldom smile. The person who can make her smile is Emil.

“Master Emil, Mistress Edeline your breakfast is served” one of the maid; Martina called. They both seated on the chair in the dining room “guten morgen, Edeline” her brother greeted “guten morgen, Emil” she smiled at his brother. Another two maids appeared Amalia and Elena served them food “danke” the both replied “Elena, where’s papa?” Emil Asked Elena shook her head then Emil turned to Edeline “Edeline I just learn a new song from Anton it’s called Lilium” Anton is Emil’s personal music teacher he teaches any kind of instrument “I would love to hear it” Edeline eyes lit up. Edeline is fourteen meaning that Emil is eighteen and the potential of him getting married is getting bigger deep down, she would always dream to always be close to Emil. Forever.

They both finish their breakfast and Edeline followed Emil to the hall situated in the centre of the mansion. Ceremonies are done here. Emil approach the Organ and start playing ‘Lilium’, Edeline stood behind him as Emil played heartedly. His song touches her heart. Tears drop down from her eyes, Emil overheard her sobs “what’s wrong Edeline?” he hurried to comfort her. Edeline hug him “I’m afraid that you would go away” she sobs Emil hugs her “remember I am the one who invented ‘ich liebe meine schwester’, I won’t ever leave you”. At night time Edeline always watch his brother read his book by the fireplace she would just watch him for hours. Behind the wall.

“Edeline, why aren’t you sleeping? It’s late” Emil accidentally found her. Edeline search for answers “I wanted to hear a song before I go to bed” she begged Emil and holds his hand. Emil smiled “ok, but promise me you will go to bed after this” he uses his brotherly tone and Edeline quickly nod “Promise!” Edeline sat on the floor near the Fireplace as Emil played her the piece of Amazing Grace on the wooden grand piano.

Lothar is watching them from a far and he got an idea. The next night before dinner they received guests. Lothar’s friend, Ambassador Andreas and his daughter Carolina. A young businessman named Kass. They arrived as Edeline sat on the floor listening to Emil’s piano pieces. Martina hurried to them when she saw a carriage approaching “mistress Edeline! Master Emil! We have guest!” Martina is thrilled but Edeline wasn’t thrilled at all. She rushed to the large window and saw the butler; Torsten had already opened the door. He invited them in, “Emil!” Edeline called but there was no answer.

“Emil?” she called again and turned back. Emil wasn’t there he was already downstairs greeting the visitors. Edeline is unpleased but she too, went downstairs and met Carolina and Kass. Carolina is very pretty, her complexion is flawless and she has a wavy golden hair. She saw the way Emil looked at her and she could not hate Carolina more. As Edeline was watching Carolina and Emil talk, Kass is watching her with an unusual thoughts running through his mind. At dinner Emil didn’t notice Edeline at all “ich liebe meine schwester, ich liebe meine schwester” she reminded of the words that Emil told her so many times since she was very, very young in her head.

Emil and Carolina was laughing away after dinner. Edeline excuse herself without even smiled, she left everyone and went upstairs and approach the balcony. She cries her heart out and didn’t notice Kass was behind her watching with his unusual eyes and smiled. Edeline look down and caught a scene that broke her heart that instant. Emil and Carolina was kissing in the garden, her jaw was wide open. She ran away into her room and kept thinking of a way to get Emil back. Late at night Emil was taking his lukewarm bath. Edeline watch him and out of the blue, she took off her clothes and get into the old tub. Emil was not in shock, he got used to it as they always took bath together.

“Emil” Edeline softly said her brother’s name. “yes.” He replied short. “Do you like Carolina?” he smiled and breaks a laugh “what an unusual question. Yes, I might have liked her. Why?” Emil asked her “well I don’t really like her, I think she is breaking us up” she confessed Emil shook his head “nonsense” Edeline start to be serious “yes, I bet she’s plotting a plan right now” Emil looked at her like never before; anger and rage fills his heart “don’t talk like that about people, Edeline. Especially about Carolina, She’s a nice girl.” Emil tried to keep his cool “no! She is not nice!” Her tone was high and it’s the first time Emil Slap her. “You should learn some manners, Edeline!” Emil got out of the tub and left her alone “gute nich” he said and walk away. Edeline sob alone for the very first time.

The next day, Amalia and Elena dress Edeline up as usual was surprised by her puffy eyes and a bruise on her apple cheek. They dress up anyway until Martina came to informed that she had a guest. She went downstairs and found Kass with Lothar, talking. Nodding. Smiling. “What is it, papa?” Lothar saw his daughter’s face, it was puffy and a bruise on her apple cheek. “What’s the matter with you, tochter?” he asked worried. “Oh this, I bump into drawer while looking for something and I couldn’t sleep well because of the pain” she lied. Lothar nodded “well Edeline, this is Kass you met him last night” Kass bowed. Edeline look at him without any expression. “Kass was telling me about how he felt about you and he wanted to propose to you. I mean you are turning fifteen. She was shock and all she could think of is Emil and her brother is nowhere to be found.

She didn’t want to disappoint her father and Emil was nowhere to save her. She accepted. Kass smiled his evil smile. Not long after that, Edeline was already in her gown. Her bruise is still clear. The thought of marrying Kass hurts her. She cried. There was a knock on the door. Martina opened it for her. It was Emil, she hug her brother and sobbed. Emil kissed her on the forehead and replies her hug. “I’m sorry dear Edeline. I was too harsh on you. Kass is a nice man he will take care of you like I used to” he kissed her again. “Ich liebe meine schwester” he reminded her. Emil walks Edeline down the aisle. After she got married to Kass she moved to Zurich with Kass. And she heard Carolina and Emil got married.

She sat beside the telephone, sobbing. “Cry, cry, cry? Do you have anything to do?” Kass look at her disgusted. “I’m waiting for Emil to call” she sobbed “Emil this, Emil that. You are my wife now, do as I say! Now get up!” Kass yelled. Edeline stood. Kass punched her in the face and laughed. “That’s more like it” he laughed. A year passed Emil seldom called and one fated day the telephone rang. Edeline answered “hello?” the voice of a telegraph woman can be heard at the end of the other line. Hello. Are u Mrs. Edeline daughter of ambassador Lothar?” she said. Edeline nodded “yes, I’m Edeline” “I will connect the line now” she said and a man’s voice can be heard.

“Guten tag, Edeline” she could recognize the voice. “Guten tag, Emil” she almost cried. “I have great news for you. Carolina has given birth to a baby girl, we named her Kerry, and now you’re an aunt. Isn’t that great?” the news have given Edeline a shock. She couldn’t stop herself and cried. “I’m so happy” she lied. At that moment Kass is home. He got mad at Edeline just because his business didn’t turn out well and he slaps Edeline. Edeline face was bruised all over and couldn’t care about it anymore. Years actually passed and Kerry had grown in to a toddler. Edeline is stuck with the man who abused her. Who couldn’t help it but remember Emil each day and the memories. Ich liebe meine schwester.

Kass has a business trip in Munich and Edeline followed him although they got into a fight. Edeline still wanted to meet Emil. Edeline went to her old mansion but it wasn’t the same with Carolina and Kerry around. Emil didn’t spend time with her much, he prefer his new family rather than the old one. Another day had passed Edeline couldn’t help herself and kiss Emil on his lips. He pushes her and wanted to kick her out. But he didn’t have the heart to. Everyday Edeline would be quieter. She sat beside the fireplace like she use to and Kerry stand too close to her. “Tante Edeline, why do u look so sad?” without Edeline notice she killed Kerry with her own hands and didn’t feel regret about it. Emil was heartbroken and Kass went to talk to him. “You know Edeline had this kind of problem since she was small right?” Emil shook his head “I didn’t know it could turn out like this” he sighed. “I live with her long enough to know her, she abused herself I tried to stop her.” He stops halfway.

The next day, Kass tell her that they should go back to Zurich. Surprisingly she didn’t object. Carolina didn’t see her off as she hated her for killing her only child. Only Emil had seen her off but inside the mansion. He could never forgive her but she was her beloved sister after all. On the way to Zurich, Edeline got a fight with Kass because Edeline said that she didn’t want to be with him anymore. He knocks her on the ground. Edeline’s head accidentally knocked a stop and she died on the spot. Kass left her and went back to Zurich alone. Someone found the body and informed Emil. Ich liebe meine schwester, Edeline.

heya! i not really new to blogs but i will try my best to write it everyday or ASAP. this is me and my cousin i'm new at wearing 'tudung' so please don't mock me...i'm still trying and learning. the title mirajane, natsu and sherry is all my stuff. mirajane=camcorder, natsu=ipod and sherry=psp. they are like my little daughters. owh and i love games! action, horror, adventure you name it! i love horror the most like fatal frame, silent hill, resident evil, kuon, and loads more. i played the piano, well i'm not a professional, seriously learning. There are a lot of thing that i would like to say but let save for other posts!
