morning breakfast(smoothies)
Breakfast are essential to everyone, age does not matter. Breakfast is very important because when you sleep you eat nothing which means you didn't eat for 8 hours (regarding to the hours you sleep) so you can't torture your body by not eating for the next several hours... Eating breakfast and speed up your metabolism. everyone must have a healthy breakfast like eggs, rice, noodles or what so ever. but some people (including me) tend to get hungry not long after eating cereal this is because cereal doesn't contain much protien. Eat dairy product such as eggs or omelette or bread with butter or even hot milk or milo.
A lot of people said they don't have time to eat in the morning or they don't feel like eating. So i will give a recipe that everyone love morning smoothies!
Morning smoothie #1
A fruity smoothie that would be excellent at beakfast for a quick pick me up. it's all fruit to no milk or yogurt to dilute the flavors
*add a little bit of ice to thicken it up!
ingredients
2 bananas
1 cup sliced peaches, drained
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup strawberries
combine and blend until smooth!
Morning Smoothie #2
ingredients
3/4 cup plain yogurt
2-4 tablespoon sugar(not necessary)
2 cups of fruits of choice
1/4 cup of skim or whole milk (add less if you want it too be thick)
blend it up!
Morning smoothie #3
ingredient
1 cup of frozen strawberries
3/4 cup of orange juice
16 oz of vanilla yogurt
1 banana
blending time!!!
